Valley Meats works closely with numerous end user customers to formulate and process products customized to their specifications. Our custom end user customers include major national restaurant and hospitality chains, super-regional, regional and local restaurant chains and, to a lesser degree, regional retail chains. In addition to working directly with our end user customers, we will work with distributor partners to develop custom products for their regional or local operator or retail chains. We are also willing to implement private label programs for our distributor partners. Our flexible manufacturing processes allow us to offer beef, pork and breaded items in a wide variety of sizes, shapes and packaging options to meet our customers’ specific requirements. We can also custom formulate using Certified Hereford Beef, Choice Angus, Angus or Grass Fed beef for customers looking for new options to place on their menu.
